To hydrate and nourish the skin, look for moisturizers that contain components like shea butter, jojoba oil, or hyaluronic acid.
  • Sun Protection: To shield your skin from UV rays, use a natural sunscreen with an SPF when you’re done with your morning routine. Seek for mineral-based sunscreens that don’t include harsh chemicals and offer broad-spectrum protection, such as those that contain titanium dioxide or zinc oxide.
